Thoughts of You

Vinnie Pearce released a new digi kit last week, Art on Wings 1, with the prettiest butterflies. I printed this one fairly large and did some outlining with Baby Blue and Gunmetal Stickles. The paper was part of the Over the Fence kit released some time ago that I found when I was poking around in the freebies :) I just love the shade of green.

This one I made and already sent out to my in laws who are celebrating their 49th wedding anniversary on thursday. I used the Kenner Road Bingo Cards kit and was so happy to find that one of the cards had a 49 on it so that I could personalize the card this way.

Our wifi tower seems to have pooped out on us :( Yesterday we lost wireless and were only able to get internet on the desktop computer that the tower is plugged into. So my husband and my daughter took turns plugging their laptops into the tower to do what they needed and now today I will have to call Verizon, which I hate to do. Sitting on hold all that time. Then as soon as I get a customer service person on the phone my husband starts talking to me "Tell them this, tell them that" and I'm like "Shush! I can't listen to 2 people at the same time!" lol!

Wish me luck!

Supplies:

1st card: Art on Wings 1 digi kit, Over the Fence digi kit; Cornish Heritage Farms Silhouette Blooms 1 sentiment stamp; Gunmetal and Baby Blue Stickles; Martha Stewart Crafts Crystal Coarse Glitter.

2nd card: Kenner Road Bingo Cards digi kit; Making Memories felt sticker; Fontwerks Right this Way arrow stamp; Memento Dandelion ink; Hero Arts All Occasion Messages sentiment stamp.

Caardvarks Sketchfest - Day 2

My try at the Monday Sketch challenge at Caardvarks.

This was a fun one to do. I used a lot of old but still awesome products from my stash. The only thing that I think is currently available is the rainbow die cut, which is a Sassafrass Paper Whimsie. The rest of the card is made from some older Sassafrass (from back when they had a Lass on the end!) from the Dreamy and Life is Beautiful collections. The stamped sentiment in the center of the die cut was designed by Nisa Fiin for Fontwerks.

Oh, if you're stopping by from the Paper Crafts WCMD blog tour page I'll have a card and coupon code up tomorrow, so stop back!

Just for You

I found this pink glass candle holder in the clearance section of Wegmans for $1.99.  It is the perfect size to hold 2 bags of Hershey's Bliss!

I gussied it up with some ribbons and  a tag I made with Fontwerks and Technique Tuesday stamps.

There is a challenge on the Moxie Fab Blog right now to make Mothers Day gifts.  I posted this in the Food Wrap category.  Now I have to challenge myself not to eat these all before Mothers Day!
