World Card Making Day 2010

Its finally here, World Cardmaking Day! Paper Crafts magazine has organized a blog hop and everyone is invited to participate.

Today, among other things, I'm hosting a WCMD Challenge on the Technique Tuesday Splitcoast board to make a card with glitter. This is my sample card. I've stamped some of the paisleys from the Paisley Park stamp set in black ink on white cardstock and given them a coat of Martha Stewart Iridescent Glitter in colors Sour Apple, Pink Bubblegum, and Blueberry Slush. The sentiment is from the Thanks For Everything set.

Now I'm working on some of the other challenges at the Technique Tuesday board. These are all open until Monday night 11 pm, and you don't have to use Technique Tuesday stamps to play along. And they all have prizes. Mine is a random draw for the Flurry stamp set.

I'll be back off and on all weekend to post my challenge cards.

Thanks for stopping by!
