World Cardmaking Day!

It's here! Are you making cards? Planning to make cards? Shopping for cardmaking supplies? Browsing cardmaking blogs? Hopefully a little bit of everything. There is a lot going on in the crafty cardmaking world today.

Don't forget, if you want to shop in the Paper Crafts store you can use my coupon code (see sidebar ->) for 25% off. This is good thru 10/12. Keeping checking Paper Crafts Connection and Moxie Fab to be sure you've gotten your name in on all of the juicy giveaways. The card I made for today is a little self challenge that was inspired by something I saw a few weeks ago on Five for Friday at Moxie Fab. Do you remember this Scissors from Yuwa Fabric?
As soon as I saw this fabric swatch I was thinking that it needed to be a card. I started putzing around and here is what I came up with:
So now I'm off to check out some of the blogs on the Paper Crafts hop to see what everyone else is doing. Have a great day!

Supplies: Cornish Heritage Farms Sew Special and Distressed Circles Scrapblock; Prism colored cardstocks; Cornish Heritage Farms Simply Smooth white cardstock; Making Memories blue paper from Paperie pack; Martha Stewart punch; Ranger Adirondack Raspberry and Clover ink.
